Mount Api is western Nepals highest mountain. The area is remote and untoched. Very few tourists have visited the region. Deep inthe heart of the Himalayas, nestled between the sweltering indian subcontinent and the frozen plains of the Tibetan plateau, Humla lies hdden in the far northwest corner of Nepal. Shadows of the towering Saipal range and sacred Takh and Changla Himals loom ober this barren forgotten basin of he mighty Karnali River. It is an are of extreme geographical conditions with the elevation fluctuating etween 1524 m – 7337 m, and an approximate population of 45,000. the natives still speak an arnhaic dialect of Tibetan and Nepali languages. Summer in Humla is pleasant while the winer is harsh and cold, leaving the region isolated and mostly snowbound.

 
 
 
 

Day to Day Itinerary:

 
 
Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu transfer hotel
Day 02-03: Prepared Expedition & briefing in Ministry of Tourism
Day 04: Fly to Nepalganja & transfer hotel
Day 05-19: Drive to Baitadi & trek to Api Himal BC
Day 20 - 35: Climbing period of Api Himal 7,100m.
Day 36 - 47: trek back to Nepalgunja & fly to Kathmandu
Day 48-49: Kathmandu
Day 50: Final departures

Cost includes:
 
  1. 5 nights accomodation in Kathmandu with bed & breakfast.
  2. fly to Nepalgunj & drive to Baitadi, while back to Kathmandu
  3. Full board trekking with lodge & Food for BC Expedition period
  4. Porter from Baitadi to BC & back Baitadi
  5. Equipment: trekking equipment for Base Camp, 1 tent for 2 persons, dining tent, toilet tent, table and chares, Mattresses
  6. All kitchen equipment for Base Camp
  7. Expedition crews allowance, Liaison office allowances ,equipment allowances & Road transportation
  8. All transfer airport-hotel-airport
  9. Crews: Base camp guide, Cook, Kitchen & necessary porter or Yak
  10. All necessary taxes.
  11. Agency service charge

  1. Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu.
